2023 Holiday Wreath Fundraiser Information
We have partnered with the youth group of St. Richards to offer holiday wreaths, greenery, and more to liven up your holiday décor. This fundraiser will help our Scouts continue to learn the value of paying their own way and raise the funds needed for 2024 BSA/Troop dues or get a head start on funding Summer Camp!
How does this work?
LOCAL DELIVERY CASE ITEMS
This is our preferred method for orders as purchasing these items will provide the greatest benefit to our youth and scouts!
Proceeds from these sales have a far greater impact than direct delivery items!
Products ordered from this section are delivered by refrigerated truck in bulk to St. Richards for individual distribution.
We will hold an order pickup day after initial delivery (Early December). We will notify everyone via email, social media, and church communications when the delivery dates are confirmed.
Local Delivery Items are best for friends, family, clients, and neighbors who live within the central Texas area.
DIRECT DELIVERY GIFT ITEMS
Direct from Sherwood to your friends' and families' doors.
Items in this section are ordered on an individual basis and sent from Sherwood Forest Farms directly to a specified recipient, delivered during the first two weeks after Thanksgiving. Direct Delivery Gift Items may be sold on their own, or in addition to a group bulk order.
This method is a good alternative for friends and family who are not local to the central Texas area.
NOTE! The profit margin is significantly smaller for sales through the direct delivery program.

How Do I set Started?
If you did not already do so last year, all scouts and youth group members will need to register using the link below:
NOTE: If you have multiple kids in a household, a family account vs a individual account is recommended.

Registering will give your child or family their own mini website to sell products and track their orders.
This is the easiest method for sales as it will do the work for you. No forms to fill out and no money to collect. The site does it all for you.

Once registered, you can view your customer orders placed on your Scout's website.
To access your participant account after registration, click on the “Participant Login” button on the upper right-hand side of our group website.
